All classes, workshops and Paint 'n Sips must be paid for online prior to attending the class. This allows preparation by the instructor for class size and to insure supply availability. Classes must be a third full one week prior to the date or the class may run the risk of being cancelled. At which time those paying customers would be issued a refund and notification of class cancellation. Please be sure to check online to make sure the class is running prior to coming.
*Paint'n Sip nights are non-refundable. You can sell or give your ticket to someone else or if given enough notice (48 hours) an art credit for another evening can be arranged. **If the ticket is for a FUNDRAISER then consider your cost of the ticket a donation to the cause as I do not control the tickets sold on these and the funds go in part to a third party so can not be rescheduled. Think of it like a "concert" - you miss the day, you miss the concert! Classes and workshops are on a case by case basis and Artbeat must be contacted at least 48 hours in advance to arrange a solution.
**There will be NO TICKET mailed out to you - Just an electronic receipt that i may ask you to produce at the class itself if there is a discrepancy so please bring proof of ticket purchase to the class to guarantee entrance**
